Dr Adrian J Fadden:
MB BCh MICGP DOWH DPDerm
Dr Adrian Fadden graduated in 2002 from University College, Dublin (NUI).
He completed specialist training in general practice with the Mid Leinster Specialist Training Programme and has higher qualifications in obstetrics and women's health (DOWH) and in dermatology (DPDerm).
Dr. Katie Maher:
MB, BCh, BAO, MICGP, MRCPI, DCH, DRCOG
Dr Katie Maher studied medicine in Trinity College Dublin, graduating in 2013 with first class honours and a college gold medal.
She completed specialist training in general practice with the TCD/HSE Specialist Training Programme in General Practice, completing training in 2018.
She subsequently worked as a GP in Kerry, Cork and Waterford before relocating back to Dublin in 2020.
She has diplomas in paediatrics and obstetrics and gynaecology and a postgraduate certificate in dermatology. Her special interests include women's health, type 2 diabetes & dermatology.
Dr Anna Gheorghescu:
MD MRCSI MICGP DPDerm DOWH
Dr Anna studied medicine outside the Republic of Ireland and graduated in 2005. Upon qualifying she worked in general surgery in Ireland for couple of years and went on to complete MRCSI degree with the Royal College of Surgeons, Dublin.
Dr Anna was awarded MD degree while undertaking postgraduate research in the School of Medicine and Medical Sciences in UCD.
She then changed her career path and did her GP training in the Mid Leinster GP Training Scheme and graduated in 2021.
Dr Anna has higher qualifications as follows- Diploma in Healthcare Informatics, UCD- Diploma in Clinical Dermatology, UCD- Diploma in Obstetrics and Women's Health, RCPI- Certificate in Palliative Care, ICGP- Certificate in LARCs and Contraception, ICGP
All of our doctor's are registered on the Irish Medical Council's Specialist Register of General Practitioners.
Nurse Catherine O'Dowd:
Catherine joined the practice in 2011. Catherine's day-to-day services include blood tests, ear wash-outs, childhood vaccinations and cervical smears. She has an interest in sexual health promotion and cardiovascular health & diabetes care including ECG recording and 24-hour blood pressure monitoring.
Nurse Pamela Manley
Pamela joined our Practice in August 2021, Graduating from Trinity College, Pamela trained and worked in Tallaght Hospital for the past ten years where she worked in various departments of healthcare. Pamela has a keen interest in wound care and management and provides a range of day to day nursing services in our practice including phlebotomy, wound dressings, ECG and 24hr ABP monitors.
