From 3rd May 2016 Abbeylands Medical is moving to a policy of written requests only for repeat prescriptions. This move is in line with recognised Best Practice and is to ensure maximum patient safety.

Requests can be emailed, posted (with a stamped-addressed envelope enclosed) or dropped into our team at Reception. For ease of processing we have a Repeat Prescription Template Form for our patients to complete and sign.

Abbeylands Medical requires 48 hours notice to process a request for a repeat prescription so please ensure you submit your request in sufficient time to prevent your medication running out.
