Abbeylands Medical treats both Public (GMS Medical Card) and Private patients. We have enrolled for the free Under 6 and Over 70's GP care scheme.

Our GMS list is currently closed to new applications and transfers. This is due to the roll-out of the Government's free GP care initiative and a need to prioritise existing patients. If you are an existing patient of Abbeylands Medical please speak to reception with regards to registering for Under 6 or Over 70's care.

Before attending for the first time we ask all patients to complete a new patient registration form. This can be done by contacting reception or the registration forms for individuals and for families are available to print below. We require of all patients a valid contact phone number and a signed consent to receive text messages from the practice.

If you have a medical card you must bring this with you at time of first consultation.
