We operate an appointment based practice. This, we hope, will eliminate delays for patients. Due to the varied nature however of general practice, delays on some occasions will be unavoidable. In these situations our administration staff will keep patients informed of projected delay times.

Walk in patients are welcome but we would urge you to book an appointment in advance to avoid delay. If there is an appointment slot available you will be seen, if not you will be asked to attend at a later time.

Urgent cases will be seen without delay. These should be notified to the administration staff who will discuss and make arrangements with the doctor.

At the time of making an appointment it is useful to let us know if there is a particular purpose for the visit or if there is more than one issue to discuss with the doctor.

Please do everything you can to keep appointments. Tell us as soon as possible if you cannot attend or if you are running late, otherwise other patients may have to wait longer.

In the event that you have to cancel an appointment please provide us with as much notice as possible so that the slot can be offered to another patient.
