Walk in patients are welcome but we would urge you to book an appointment in advance to avoid delay.

Urgent cases will be seen without delay. These should be notified to the administration staff who will discuss and make arrangements with the doctor.

Young children/babies will always be seen same day.

We operate an appointment based practice. This, we hope, will eliminate delays for patients. Due to the varied nature however of general practice, delays on some occasions will be unavoidable. In these situations our administration staff will keep patients informed of projected delay times.

Please do everything you can to keep appointments. Tell us as soon as possible if you cannot attend, otherwise other patients may have to wait longer.
